TRAINING OVERVIEW
In this course you will learn to develop your first Java Web Application using JSP and Servlets. Step by step the basic techniques will be covered to develop a real-world web application.
The training is primarily for participants who will learn how to develop Web applications using Java JEE technologies. Participants need to be familiar with Java or other programming languages. First the basic of Java programming will first be covered to get familiar with Java. There is room to analyze/discuss practical problems. Activities are conducted in-class, some are take-home assignments and there are two evaluation moments.
INSTRUCTIONAL METHOD AND REQUIREMENTS
During this training, participants can expect:
- Classroom setting Lectures, with sufficient room to analyze real-world problems;
- Very hands-on in-class assignments;
- Take-home assignments.
EVALUATION
Both the mid-term evaluation, demo-exam and the final exam have a pass-mark of 5.5
About 75% of the training topics are covered at each evaluation stage.

Ing. Geo Sichtman – Passionate, innovative, analytic.
Tenno has a strong and diverse ICT background, having worked in Suriname and, the Netherlands in diverse industries. With a Bachelor degree in Industrial Automation he has gained experiences in PLC programming (Java, JavaScript, VB, SQL C#, C++ HTML Ladder logic etc.
